Applicants must be under 35 of age and proficient in English, German, French or Italian to avail the scholarships and before applying for the same, they should get in contact with a

Swiss Federal Scholarships
The Swiss Government, through the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS), award several postgraduate scholarships to foreign scholars and researchers such as University scholarships- Swiss universities, Federal Institutes of Technology and Universities of Applied Sciences, Arts scholarships- schools of music and fine arts. These scholarships provide graduates from all fields with the opportunity to pursue doctoral or post-doctoral research in Switzerland at one of the publicly funded university or recognized institution.
Erasmus Mundus Scholarships
The Erasmus Mundus Scholarship is sponsored by the European Commission. This program promotes cooperation between European higher education establishments and third world countries to foster highly trained human resources. Students from across the globe are eligible for this scholarship.
Swiss Universities Scholarships
ETH Excellence Scholarships
ETH Excellence Scholarships is the flagship scholarship of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. International students pursuing Master’s degrees at ETH Zurich are eligible for two scholarship programs: ESOP (Excellence Scholarships & Opportunity Programme) and MSP (Master Scholarship Programme). The Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) award a special scholarship covering full study and living costs and supervision for the entire course of study while the Master Scholarship Program (MSP) provides a partial stipend along with an assistantship. This scholarship program is for both national and international students having outstanding undergraduate records.
EPFL Excellence Fellowships
A limited number of fellowships are awarded to outstanding Master’s level students by the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne. Anyone holding a bachelor’s degree is eligible to apply for the EPFL Master’s program and consequently to an EPFL fellowship. This is an academic achievement-based award and consists of a pre-set financial package per academic year.
Graduate Institute Scholarships
Geneva’s Graduate Institute awards a significant number of scholarships each year to Master’s and Ph.D. students. All students to the Institute’s regular Master’s and Ph.D. programs are eligible to apply. Full Scholarships are awarded and some full scholarships subject to specific conditions as well.
IMD MBA Scholarships
IMD is a top-rated business school that provides various scholarships to full-time students. Students are eligible for scholarships ranging from CHF 25,000-50,000 approximately depending on the country of origin.
University of Geneva Excellence Master Fellowships
The institution’s Faculty of Science established this scholarship program to support outstanding Master of Science candidates in any discipline. Applicants who fall in the top 10 percent of their undergraduate course of study can avail this fellowship. Funding ranges from CHF 10,000-15,000 approximately for one year and may be continued for the entire duration of the course of study.
University of Lausanne Master’s Grant
The University of Lausanne offers scholarships to International students who want to pursue Master’s program at the University through the UNIL Master’s Grant. The amount of the grant varies from year to year.
University of Bern Excellence Scholarships
The University of Bern Master’s Grants are for International students who want to study Master’s program at the University. The grant consists of CHF 1,600 per month for the duration of the Master’s program.

Nestle MBA Scholarships for Women in Developing Countries
The Nestle MBA Scholarships for Women offer women from developing countries scholarships so that they can attend full-time university education-MBA program in Switzerland. The amount of the scholarship is CHF25, 000. Those applicants who are not eligible for any other scholarships are given more preference. The scholarship is awarded to the student who writes a 750 word essay on a given topic and the essay is evaluated by the IMD MBA Scholarship Committee.
UNU Fellowship in International Organizations MBA Program for Developing Countries
This scholarship is partnered by the United Nations University and the University of Geneva. Professionals from developing countries are granted this scholarship so that they can do their Master’s degree at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. This scholarship covers the full cost of tuition.
